``Caravan will move on''
By K. Venugopal
PORT LOUIS,
APRIL 1.
"Whatever Pakistan wants to discuss, we will," the Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh, said here at a press conference when asked about the agenda for his coming meeting with the Pakistan President, Pervez Musharraf, in New Delhi during the one-day cricket match between the two countries.
"We will be willing to discuss all the issues which have a vital bearing on our relationship," he said. Asked about the reported threat from militants to the passengers of the proposed bus to Muzaffarabad, he said the two Governments were obliged to ensure the safety of all passengers.
On the security issue that for a time put the staging of the cricket match in doubt, the Prime Minister said that it was only a "minor hiccup" but added that "the caravan will move on."
