Mugabe's party wins

HARARE, APRIL 1. Zimbabwe President, Robert Mugabe's ZANU-PF won the parliamentary election denounced by the opposition and the Western powers as a sham.With 84 of the contested 120 parliamentary seats, ZANU-PF took 51, with Morgan Tsvangirai's opposition Movement for Democratic Change (MDC) winning 33, according to results from the Harare election centre.
