Chandy reviews development project work

KOCHI,
APRIL 2.
The Chief Minister, Oommen Chandy, has expressed happiness at the way the integrated development project at Cochin port has taken off.
Mr. Chandy reviewed the progress of works at a meeting he had with the Cochin Port Trust (CPT) chairman, Jacob Thomas, other port officials and officials of Dubai Ports International at the CPT office here on Saturday.
CPT made a presentation of the integrated development project for Kochi and sought the Chief Minister's help for facilities like road and rail link to Vallarpadam island.
The Chief Minister was received by the Cochin Port Trust chairman.
