KOCHI, APRIL 2. The Centre for Excellence in Lasers and Optoelectronic Sciences (CELOS) at Cochin University of Science and Technology (Cusat) has invited applications for temporary vacancies in the categories of professor, reader and lecturers.

Those who have Ph.D. in optoelectronics with an engineering background and teaching experience can apply for the post of professor. Those with Ph.D. in laser technology, photonics, optoelectronics, applied optics, fibre optics or related subjects and postdoctoral research experience/teaching experience can apply for the post of reader. Those who have passed National Eligibility Test and hold a postgraduate degree in mathematics with two years' research experience in applied mathematics can apply for the post of mathematics lecturer.
