PONDICHERRY, APRIL 5. The Army Boys Sports Company in Bangalore is selecting boys for training in sports discipline for the year 2005-06. A release from the Assistant Director of Sports Authority of India's Sports Training Centre here said on Monday that boys in aged 11 to 14 would be selected for boxing, swimming and hockey. Details could be had at the SAI office in Indira Gandhi Sports complex at Uppalam or over phone (0413) 2357819. Eligible candidates should report at Loomba Stadium Madras Engineer Group and Centre, Bangalore on April 7 at 8 a.m. with a passport size photograph, original and attested photocopies of birth, sports, and educational certificates along with personal sports kit for selection trials.
