Corporation Bank business grows
MANGALORE: Corporation Bank's total business as at March 31, 2005 stood at Rs. 45,808 crores recording a growth of 23.5 per cent over the previous year end level. In absolute terms, the total business of the bank grew by Rs. 8,697 crores during the year. While total deposits increased by 17.5 per cent to Rs. 27,281 crores from Rs. 23,221 crores, advances stood at Rs. 18,527 crores, showing an annual growth of over 33 per cent, according to a release.
