HYDERABAD, APRIL 5. Social recorded a 14-run win over Cambridge in the semifinal of the `A' division one-day (knock-out) cricket tournament organised by the Hyderabad Cricket Association here on Tuesday.

In another semifinal, Midhani scored a 66-run win over Vijay Bharathi.

The scores: A-Division (three-day) knock-out: SCRSA 155 (R.K. Manohar 43, Fatima Reddy 43, N.P. Singh four for 49) and 166 (M. Suresh 56, A.T. Rayudu five for 59) vs SBH 102 (Khaja Obaidullah six for 31).

A-Division (one-day) knock-out: Semifinals: Social 169 (Najeeb 42, Suraj five for 31) bt Cambridge 155 for nine (Shahid five for 24).

Midhani 247 for eight (Musharaf Khan 50, Karan Singh 40, Venugopal 56, Darshan 40) bt Vijay Bharathi 181 (Sandeep 60, Sameer 65, Karan Singh four for 27).
