Bidar

BIDAR, APRIL 5. Bidar has received two of the 23 buses purchased by the North East Karnataka Transport Corporation. One of the buses was flagged off in Bidar on Monday to replace the express service on the Bidar-Udupi route. The bus leaves Bidar at 12.30 p.m. and reaches Udupi at 9 a.m. the next day. It passes through Humnabad, Solapur, Bijapur, and Hubli. On the return leg, the bus leaves Udupi at 5 p.m. and reaches Bidar at 11.30 a.m. next day. The second bus will be attached to the Bhalki depot. It will leave Aurad at 10 a.m. once every two days.
