Kottayam teams enter final
THODUPUZHA,
APRIL 5.
Holder Kottayam scored an easy 29-16 win over Thrissur to enter the boys' final in the 32nd State mini basketball championship at the De Paul HSS courts here on Tuesday.
Kottayam girls also made it to the title-round of their section with a comfortable 24-11 win over Alappuzha.
The results: Semifinals: Boys: Kottayam bt Thrissur 29-16.
Quarterfinals: Thrissur bt Ernakulam 36-12; Thiruvananthapuram bt Palakkad 35-7.
Girls: Semifinals: Kottayam bt Alappuzha 24-11; Kannur bt Thiruvananthapuram 20-17.
Quarterfinals: Alappuzha bt Malappuram 24-19; Thiruvananthapuram bt Pathanamthitta 33-10.
