It was held as a precursor to the discussion to be held on April 23 by the Chief Minister, Oommen Chandy, for evolving a developmental package for Guruvayur. The meeting gave priority to the schemes for improving the drainage system and ensuring supply of drinking water in the region, Mr. Bava told The Hindu here.
