Pseudo-naxals loot petrol bunk
By Our Staff Reporter
NALGONDA,
APRIL 5.
Five persons, posing as Maoists, looted a petrol bunk at Kodad in the early hours of Tuesday.
According to the Superintendent of Police, M.M. Bhagwat, four persons clad in olive-green, barged into the Reliance petrol bunk's office room, situated between Munagal and Kodad, while another, who covered himself with a blanket, stood guard outside. They introduced themselves as naxalites and asked the supervisor to open the currency chest. They twisted his fingers when he said that he did not have the keys. Having failed to break open the chest, they took away Rs. 20,000 from the supervisor and another Rs. 900 from the fuel-filling boy. Later, they left the place under cover of darkness.
