Big win for Essex Farm

NEW DELHI, APRIL 6. Essex Farm beat Delhi Colts by 126 runs in a Super Elite `II' division DDCA league cricket match at the Mohan Meakin ground.

The scores: Super Elite-I: Essex Farm 266 for eight in 40 overs (Jitender Singh 96, Sareen Bansal 46) bt Delhi Colts 140 in 38 overs (Mukul Jain four for 20). Golden Hawks 178 in 39.1 overs bt SB Youth 172 for nine in 40 overs.

Super Elite-II: DTC 256 for seven in 40 overs (Mahesh Sharma 72, Dalip 42) lost to Rehman CC 260 for eight in 39.3 overs (Adnan Ali 61, Ragib 52). Mishra Sports 271 for nine in 40 overs (Saurabh Srivastava 84, Mohammed Abdullah 59, Manoj Singh 45, Gurpreet Harry four for 68) bt Rajnigandha CC 137 in 37.2 overs Mukesh 61).
