MANGALORE, APRIL 6. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will organise a silver jubilee programme here on April 24 for which the party leaders Arun Jaitley, Sushma Swaraj, Uma Bharti, and Pramod Mahajan are expected, according to the district party unit president, Pratap Simha Nayak. Mr. Nayak told presspersons here on Wednesday that as part of the celebrations, a party development programme will be initiated, particularly at the grass-roots level. For this, the party will constitute gram panchayat-level Mahila Morcha, Yuva Morcha, and Dalit Morcha units and train members of these units. Blood donation and legal aid camps for the poor will be held.
