Dandi March

Sir, — The article, "Gandhi's dialogue with the nation" (April 6 ), elucidates the circumstances in which the Mahatma led the Dandi March to spread national awakening while also expounding his ideology of ahimsa.

It is unfortunate that the Congress has made a mockery of his legacy to gain political mileage out of the historic event. Thankfully, the picnic is over.
