Chief Minister pays surprise visit to hospital

APRIL 7.
The Chief Minister, N. Dharam Singh, today paid a surprise visit to Kolar on World Health Day on Thursday.
The Chief Minister, who arrived here with a few top officials, went to SNR Hospital and heard the problems of the people. When people complained about lack of drinking water, he directed the District Surgeon, G. Saraswathi. To complaints about hospital staff taking bribes, he said specific complaints should be made to the authorities. He asked the authorities to take steps to prevent corruption.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said he visited the hospital in an effort to improve the administration.
