Uma `not quitting'

NEW DELHI, APRIL 7. The Bharatiya Janata Party leader, Uma Bharti, has ruled out quitting politics or the party. She skipped the party's special silver jubilee national council session here yesterday and is observing "silence" in Madhya Pradesh.
