Sethu Baskara, Yadava win titles

SIVAGANGAI, APRIL 7. Yadava Industrial Training Centre, Thiruppathur, and Sethu Baskara Industrial Training Centre, Kandaramanickam, won the volleyball and ball badminton titles respectively in the Sivagangai district inter-private ITC games meet at the District Collector's Complex ground here on Thursday.

The results: Volleyball: Final: Yadava ITC bt Srivari ITC 25-15, 25-11. Semifinals: Yadava ITC bt Vallambar ITC 25-11, 25-16; Sri Vari ITC bt Thavathiru Kundrakudi Adigalar ITC 25-19, 29-31, 15-13.

Ball Badminton: Final: Sethu Baskara ITC bt Yadava ITC 29-8, 29-5. Semifinals: Sethu Baskara ITC bt T.T.K.A ITC 29-6, 29-2; Yadava ITC bt Mutharayar ITC 29-12, 29-16.
