NOIDA( U.P.), APRIL 7. The Uttar Pradesh government has handed the investigation of the alleged disappearence of three rag pickers from police custody in Greater Noida, to the Crime Branch of the CID. Inspector General CBCID Prakash Singh was here to investigate the incident regarding the ``suspicious'' disappearence of the rag pickers which allegedly happened three months back. Mr Singh said the Kasna incident would be thoroughly investigated without any delay and the culprits would be brought to justice. Following the incident, the people demanded action against the erring policemen. In all, 11 police constables, including the former SHO of Kasna police station, were suspended by district Senior Superintendent of Police Piyush Mordia. - UNI
