Shower likely

CHENNAI, APRIL 7. The sky will be generally cloudy on Friday with shower or thundershower in some areas.

On Thursday, Nungambakkam recorded a maximum temperature of 32.0 degrees Celsius and a minimum of 25.9 degrees Celsius. Meenambakkam recorded a maximum of 32.3 degrees Celsius and a minimum of 25.4 degrees Celsius with a rainfall of 1.5mm. The humidity levels stood at 83 per cent and 90 per cent respectively.

Power cut

Power supply will be suspended in S.K Nagar and Stanley on Saturday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Health camp

The PNR Society for Relief & Rehabilitation of the Disabled will conduct an osteo-arthritis camp from April 9 to 11 at Mahaveer Bhavan, No. 77, Pilliar Koil Street, Triplicane.
