UDUPI, APRIL 7. ICFAI National College (INC), a constituent of ICFAI University, will establish a centre at Udupi. Speaking to presspersons here on Thursday, the Regional Head (Karnataka and Goa) of ICFAI University, R. Ramkumar, said that the INC will offer a two-year full-time MBA programme in Udupi. The programme covers 22 courses spread over four semesters. Students are exposed to a wide variety of management and information technology (IT) subjects. The programme also provides specialisation in marketing, finance, human resources management, and IT streams, he added. The fee for the MBA programme is Rs. 1.5 lakhs, he said. Mr. Ramkumar said that INCAT 2005, the common admission test for ICFAI University, scheduled on May 21, will be held in over 150 cities in India for admission to the MBA programme commencing from June. The exam tests the aptitude of aspirants in quantitative methods, reasoning abilities, data interpretation, and English. Selected candidates will have to appear for a personal interview. Graduates from any discipline are eligible to seek admission. Students appearing for final year examinations in April/May this year are also eligible to apply. To enable students to prepare for the admission test, the INC offers a model question book. Vijay Ramanan, principal, was present. The INCAT application-cum-prospectus is available on payment of Rs. 150. Interested students may collect the applications from ICFAI National College, A.R.J.
