Cloudy sky forecast

Partly cloudy sky with no significant change in the temperatures has been forecast for Friday. Temperatures recorded on Thursday were a maximum of 36.7 degree Celsius and a minimum of 22.2 degree Celsius. Relative humidity was 30 per cent.

for Garuda

Passengers planning to travel by the air conditioned Garuda bus service to Bangalore from Hyderabad can now book their tickets two days in advance by calling 23434269/24613955 or 24618685.

New RTC service

The APSRTC is introducing one ordinary bus with 12 single trips on the new route No. 216 K/L between Lingampally and Mehdipatnam Two more single trips from Wipro (TSB) to Mehdipatnam during office hours and two single trips from BHEL Township to Mehdipatnam with route No. 217 K will also be introduced with effect from April 9.

Ugadi programmes

Dhola-ri-Dhani is organising religious, cultural and entertainment programmes on its premises on the occasion of Ugadi on April 9 and 10. The programmes will begin at 5 p.m. and also include Andhra cuisine amidst Rajasthani dishes.

Dr. B. R.Ambedkar Open University on Thursday declared the first year postgraduate degree programme M.A. (Economics, History, Political Science, Public Administration, Sociology, English Literature) and M.Sc (Mathematics) results for the annual examination conducted in December 2004.
