THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, APRIL 7 . The Thampanoor police have arrested Hussain Khan, 45, a resident of Kannettumukku, on charges of assault. Constable Vijayan, who was on traffic duty at Government Model School Junction, was assaulted on March 29, the police said.
Two arrested
Two persons, accused of hurling crackers at a bar hotel in Thampanoor and hacking its employees, were arrested today. Habeez, 24, a resident of Kaimanam and Kuttan alias Vinu, 30, who were arrested by the Kazhakuttom Circle Inspector, M. Iqbal, and the Sub-Inspector, K.M. Prasad, are accused in other cases too.
