Three held

NEW DELHI,
APRIL 7.
Three persons have been arrested by the Crime Branch of the Delhi police for allegedly being in possession of fake currency notes. The police claim to have recovered Rs. 42,000 worth of fake currency from them. According to the police, the Anti-Extortion Cell of the Crime Branch had got a tip-off about some persons staying in a Paharganj Hotel who were looking to dispose of fake currency. A decoy was sent to strike a deal and the accused were arrested when the decoy finalised the deal. Those arrested have been identified as Tej Pratap Singh, Anand Das and Pappu Khan.
