Dudu nets winner for Sporting Clube
LUDHIANA,
APRIL 8.
Sporting Clube de Goa pipped JCT Mills, Phagwara 1-0 in a 16th round match of the ninth National Football League here on Friday.
Nigerian Macpherlin Dudu scored the all-important goal in the 20th minute through a header.
With today's win, Sporting Clube took its tally to 32 points to remain second in the league behind defending champion East Bengal, while JCT remained on 22 points. Dudu was declared Man of the Match. — PTI
