BANGALORE, APRIL 8. Former India cricket captain turned keen golfer Kapil Dev was in the city to promote the Airtel Celebrity Golf and took time off to speak to the media on a few issues being widely debated amongst the cricketing fraternity. "Sourav Ganguly going through a lean patch and that happens to every cricketer. Whatever decision the Board and the selectors take, I hope they keep the interest of the country at heart," he said. On coaching: "How can I comment on that. I'm not a part of the BCCI." On the new rules governing chucking: "The 15 degree clause is meaningless. How can the umpires judge it on the field. But then again I cannot talk much on it since I'm not part of the ICC." Our Sports Reporter
