House burgled at Valasaravakkam

TAMBARAM,
APRIL 9.
Burglars struck at a house in Valasaravakkam and decamped with gold jewels weighing about 50 sovereigns.
According to the St. Thomas Mount District police, the burglars entered the house of Srinivasan, a retired bank employee, at Ramakrishnan Nagar and opened the almirah and removed jewels. The burglary was noticed this morning, when the inmates woke up.
