BANGALORE, APRIL 9. The City Crime Branch police on Friday arrested four persons on charges of manufacturing and selling fake liquor in Byatarayanapura police station limits. The police have seized the manufacturing equipment, fake excise department labels, and the vehicle used to transport duplicate liquor. The crime branch said a team of officers, on a tip off, raided a manufacturing unit in Byatarayanapura police station limits and found fake labels of many popular brands in 2,600 bottles. The police gave the names of the accused as Dhanraj (45), Krishna (40), Manju (18), and Siddu (18).
