DEHRA DUN, APRIL 10. Vikram Ratan Sabte alias Vicky and Vijay Kumar Choudhary, the alleged killers of the trade union leader, Datta Samant, were arrested by a joint team of the Dadar Nagar Havelli and Dehra Dun police early today. The police succeeded in zeroing in on the criminals after several days of electronic surveillance, R.S. Meena, Deputy Inspector General of Police (Garhwal range), said. An accomplice, Arjun Singh, was also arrested. A Honda City car, Rs. 3 lakhs and jewellery were recovered from them. The three were living in Arya Nagar in the heart of the city. They were wanted by the Dadar Nagar Havelli police for having kidnapped one Abdul Hussain this January.
