MIM too to skip debate

HYDERABAD, APRIL 10. The MIM has decided to boycott the debate on irrigation tenders as it felt no useful purpose will be served by this "truncated exercise in the backdrop of unnecessary conditions" put forth by the Government. It is the third party to boycott the debate. The CPI and the CPI(M) have already decided to skip it.

Announcing this here on Sunday, the MIM floor leader, Akbaruddin Owaisi, described the conditions as an affront to political parties and their elected representatives. "It tantamounts to breach of privilege of MLAs," he said.
