BANGALORE, APRIL 10. The Leader of the Opposition in the Legislative Assembly, B.S. Yediyurappa, on Sunday condemned what he alleged is the "irresponsibility" of the State Government in dealing with the case of Second Pre-University Mathematics question paper leak. The episode reflected the Government's poor control over its administration, he said. Mr. Yediyurappa demanded a high-level probe into the leak and wanted severe action to be initiated against the guilty officials.
Protest
The Karnataka State Committee of the All India Democratic Students' Organisation (AIDSO) registered its "strong protest" against what it said was the "criminal negligence" of the authorities concerned, which led to the question paper leak. AIDSO wanted the Government to immediately take steps to introduce a foolproof system to prevent recurrence of such problems in the future.
