I'm available: Kumble
BANGALORE,
APRIL 11.
India's premier spinner Anil Kumble reiterated that he is still open for selection in one-dayers.
"I am available for selection in one-dayers but it is just that in the recent Test series against Pakistan, I had an injury (knee) in the Bangalore Test. I should be fine in a few days. I haven't had a major role to play in one-dayers in the last few years but then it all depends on the team management. There were a few disappointments like for instance the last World Cup in South Africa but all that is behind me now," Kumble told The Hindu. Kumble, now with 461 Test wickets, also stressed that 500 is a distinct target in the game's longer version.
