TIRUNELVELI, APRIL 11. The Vasudevanallur police are looking for a person who allegedly murdered his son-in-law. The police said V. Murugan (26) of Vasudevanallur married M. Chandraselvi (22) of Arulaatchi near Vasudevanallur two years ago, but the couple separated within a few months. The bride preferred to settle down with her mother after the separation. Murugan went to the house of his father-in-law, Madasamy, last evening to pacify his wife and her relatives. In the quarrel that ensued between Murugan and Madasamy, the groom was allegedly attacked with logs. Murugan was rushed to the Tenkasi hospital where he died.
