CHENNAI, APRIL 12. Chennai will be hosting the fourth National domestic circuit meet in August at the Nehru Stadium. Following are the athletic events planned for the season in Tamil Naduaccording to a TNAA press release: May 21 and 22: State senior championship (selection trials for senior Federation Cup championship as also inter-State championship ). August 18: National domestic circuit meet at Nehru stadium in Chennai. August 26 to 28: Junior inter-district championship (selection trials for south zone meet ). October 27 to 30: State junior athletic championship (selection trials for National junior championship and junior Federation Cup ). November 25 to 29: National junior championship at Madurai; October 23: TNAA State half-marathon at Villupuram. February 1, 2006: TNAA State cross country race (selection trial for Federation Cup national cross country championship junior and senior) at Kodaikanal. March first week, 2006: State cross country championship at Udhagamandalam. — Our Special Correspondent
