1:1 bonus from MphasiS BFL
CHENNAI:,
The MphasiS BFL group has increased its consolidated net profit by 26 per cent to Rs. 124.62 crores for the year ended March 31, 2005 from Rs. 98.58 crores. Consolidated revenues rose by 32 per cent to Rs. 765.67 crores from Rs. 580.58 crores. The directors have recommended a final dividend of 30 per cent, taking the total dividend to 45 per cent. As in the last two years, the directors have recommended a bonus issue in the ratio of one share for every existing equity share. During the year under reference the group added 12 new clients, including two in the BPO (business process outsourcing) services business.
