THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, APRIL 12. The Union Power Minister, P.M. Sayeed, the Karnataka Chief Minister, Dharmvir Singh, and the Maharashtra Chief Minister, Vilasrao Deshmukh, are likely to attend the southern regional conference of the Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) being held here tomorrow, the KPCC president, Thennala Balakrishna Pillai has said. Talking to mediapersons here today, Mr. Pillai said that the party workers in the three southern districts of Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, and Pathanamthitta would participate in the rally. According to M.M. Hassan, chairman, of the reception committee, the KPCC was expecting a very a large turnout at the meet. He said that the rally would begin at 5 p.m. and the public meeting being held at Purthirikandam Maidan would be presided over by Mr. Pillai.
