KOLLAM, APRIL 12. Auctioning of toddy shops in Kollam district for the year 2005-06 will be held at the T.M. Varghese Hall at 9 a.m. on April 15. The District Collector, B. Sreenivas, will conduct the auction. The requirements for the auction include a court fee stamp for Rs. 10, the hall ticket by paying a fee of Rs. 200, an identity card attested by an officer who is not below the rank of a village officer and certificates from the concerned officials that the bidder has no sales tax and Toddy Workers Welfare Fund Board dues.
