KCR confers with Pranab on Telangana

NEW DELHI: Ahead of proposed meeting of the Committee on Telangana, formed by the United Progressive Alliance, the Telangana Rashtra Samithi chief, K. Chandrasekhara Rao, today met the Defence Minister, Pranab Mukherjee, who heads the three-member panel. The TRS Parliamentary party met here and conveyed its displeasure to the Congress over the delay in convening the first meeting of the UPA panel.

Its representatives met Ahmed Patel, political secretary to the Congress president, to register their views.
