NEW DELHI:
The CBI has filed a chargesheet against the (CISF) constable, Ravinder Rana, for allegedly killing his two colleagues and injuring three others at Kathmandu in Nepal on January 1.The CBI said constable has been charged with murder and attempt to murder in connection with the incident reported from Indian Embassy in Kathmandu. Rana had opened fire within the Embassy premises and shot dead constables R. Kannan and T. Shankar. Three others had sustained bullet injuries. The case is now with Metropolitan Magistrate, V.K. Khanna, for disposal as per law.
