Tasc Pharma to raise $75 m

NEW DELHI: Tasc Pharmaceuticals today said it planned to raise $75 million from overseas markets.

The board of directors of the company at its meeting held today decided to issue further shares, up to $75 million, by way of Global Depository Receipts (GDR)/Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCB), the company informed Bombay Stock Exchange. — PTI
