TCS board to meet on April 19

MUMBAI: A meeting of the board of directors of Tata Consultancy Services is scheduled to be held on April 19 to take on record the audited financial results of the company for the quarter and the year ended March 31, 2005. The board will propose a final dividend for the year ended March 31, 2005for the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming annual general meeting.
