Holiday declared on April 18
NEW DELHI:
The Central Government on Thursday announced a holiday on April 18, Monday, on the occasion of Ram Navmi festival, a decision because of which resumption of Budget Session of Parliament will be postponed to Tuesday.
All Central Government offices would remain closed on Monday, a day marking the birthday of Lord Rama, an official spokesman said.
In view of the decision, both Houses of Parliament Session will resume their session on Tuesday instead of Monday. PTI
