BELGAUM: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. (BSNL) has extended the "Reconnect to BSNL scheme" in Belgaum Telecom District till May 31. Under the scheme, rent for the disconnected period has been waived and connection will be provided after the outstanding dues are paid. According to a press release here on Friday, the scheme is applicable only to Belgaum city and if the connection is technically feasible. For more details, contact 2405600. The Customer Service Centre at Saundatti has been shifted to G.S. Hampannavar building.
