Dacoit gang loots petrol bunk

NIZAMABAD:
A dacoit gang comprising 10 to 12 members attacked a petrol bunk, 3 km from Dichpally village, on national highway 7 and made away with Rs. 4,000 around midnight on Wednesday.
According to the Dichpally Sub-Inspector, S. Sudarshan, the dacoits, all aged between 25 and 30 years, wore knickers and were masked.
They suddenly descended on the bunk, and terrorized the workers by raining stones on them. Frightened by the attack, the workers took to their heels. The dacoits took away the counter table to a place near the bunk and abandoned it after taking away the cash.
Mr. Sudarshan said one of the workers sustained a minor injury on his shoulders in the attack.
