THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Seventy-one employees in various sections at the Women and Children Hospital at Thycaud have been transferred. Five head nurses, 16 nursing staff, 17 nursing assistant, two pharmacists, two lab technicians, three grade I hospital attenders and 26 grade II hospital attenders were transferred. The mass transfer comes following the inquiry report indicting the officials for various irregularities that were detected in the hospital. The inquiry had been ordered by the Health Minister after one of his visits to the hospital.
