Vehicles gutted at workshop

NAGERCOIL: An ambassador car, two lorries, a motorbike and welding machines were damaged in a fire mishap at a workshop at Chettikulam near here on Thursday.

The police said Muthu (48) of Meenakshipuram near here was running the workshop. The fire service personnel from here put out the fire. The police could not immediately ascertain the cause of the fire.
