CUDDAPAH: The Governor, Sushil Kumar Shinde, will tour Cuddapah on April 21. He will visit Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Swamy temple at Devunicuddapah at 9.30 a.m., inaugurate a blood donation camp at 10 a.m. and launch care and shelter programme for HIV/AIDS patients, sponsored by Indian Red Cross Society, on the ZP campus at 10.20 a.m. Mr. Shinde will lay the foundation for the DM & HO office building, launch emergency health transportation programme and interact with post-operative congenital heart patients at Government headquarters hospital at 10.40 a.m. He will lay the foundation for a modern auditorium at Kalakshetram and speak on district initiatives on rural development and good governance. He will visit an open-defecation-free Modala village in Chennur mandal at 3.45 p.m., lay the stone for juvenile home building here at 4.30 p.m., inaugurate a shaadikhana and visit Sri Kondarama Swamy temple at Vontimitta at 5.15 p.m. He will visit the Muslim Orphanage and inaugurate K.S. Model School building.
