Correction

In the report with the headline "DMK memorandum to Governor," it was mentioned that the Councillor posts for city divisions 110 and 131 fell vacant due to the deaths of the elected councillors, P. Balakrishnan and R. Ramamurthi.

The Councillors who died were M. Natarajan and K. Jambulingam. Mr. Balakrishnan and Mr. Ramamurthi, are now contesting the seats. The error is regretted.
