VISAKHAPATNAM: The Senior Divisional Safety Officer of the Waltair Division of East Coast Railway, K.V.R. Murthy, took over as the Senior Divisional Commercial Manager on Friday. Mr. Murthy, who had earlier worked the Chief Public Relations Officer of the South Eastern Railway, has varied experiences in customer-oriented services, transportation, events organisation, disaster management, etc.
