This Day That Age
Mr. Takhatmal Jain, newly elected leader of the Congress Party in the Madhya Bharat Assembly, was sworn in as Chief Minister at Gwalior on April 16. Earlier, the Rajpramukh accepted the resignation of the former Chief Minister, Mr. Mishrilal Gangwal. Mr. Jain was formerly Chief Minister of Madhya Bharat from October 18, 1950 to March 3, 1952.
