The CET Cell started despatching the admission tickets from Friday. The tickets are likely to reach all the applicants by April 19.

"The admission tickets in respect of Karnataka candidates residing outside the State have been despatched by post to their home addresses," the CET Special Officer, D.N. Nayak said.

For candidates who had applied through schools and colleges within Karnataka, the Cell has sent the tickets to the respective pre-university colleges and CBSE/ICSE schools along with a pre-printed computer statement indicating the details such as application number, name of the candidate, PU student number, second PU register number and CET admission ticket number, with a space for the candidate's signature.

The candidates could collect the tickets from their principals on or after April 19.

Verification

The Cell has asked the candidates collecting admission tickets to verify the PU student number and second PU register number on the computer statement and in case of any discrepancies, request the respective principals to correct them on the statements.

The candidates are also asked to verify the photograph printed on the admission ticket and in case of any discrepancy, contact the principal to rectify it with a passport size photograph.

Besides, the candidates should affix the full signature on the computer statement, Mr. Nayak said in a release.
